Village of Ossining Justice Court
The Village of Ossining Justice Court is located in the Birdsall-Fagan Police & Court Facility at 86 Spring Street, directly next door to the Village of Ossining Police Headquarters. Village court is presided over by Village Justices Raymond Barlaam and William Hamilton.

Traffic matters appear before the court on Wednesdays beginning at 7:30 pm, and the court facility doors will not be opened before this time. If you need to answer a summons your appearance date should appear on the bottom of a traffic ticket or upper right side of a parking ticket.
