PARKING IN THE VILLAGE OF OSSINING
OVERNIGHT PARKING
Parking is prohibited on public highways within the Village of Ossining between the hours of 3:00 am and 6:00 am except in areas designated with overnight parking street signs, and with a valid overnight parking tag displayed on the vehicle being parked.
Applications for Village of Ossining overnight parking tags can be obtained at the Village of Ossining Parking Violations Bureau, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 am and 4 pm excluding federal holidays.
The Village of Ossining Parking Violations Bureau is located in court side of the Birdsall-Fagan Police & Court Facility at 86 Spring Street.
Temporary overnight parking of a vehicle without a tag is permitted for a maximum of five consecutive days. In this instance the vehicle make, color and license plate as well as the vehicle location should be left on the voice-mail of the Parking Violations Bureau at (914) 941-6931. All additional parking regulations still apply.

METERED PARKINGMetered parking spaces are available on several village streets. A button located on each meter provides the first 10 minutes of parking at no cost. A maximum of two hours of parking time is permitted.
PAYING A PARKING TICKETParking tickets can be paid using the body of the ticket as an envelope to remit check or money order payments. Tickets can also be paid in person at the Village of Ossining Parking Violations Bureau office Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 am and 4 pm excluding federal holidays.

Motorists should also be aware of no parking zones, handicapped parking zones, and residential driveways when parking their vehicles. Failure to obey posted parking signs / roadway markings, and the blocking of residential driveway may result in the summonsing or impounding of the offending vehicle.
